لا شك أن كانط في “نقد ملكة الحكم” هو أهم فيلسوف في التاريخ رفع علم الجمال حتى يكون عمداً من أعمدة نظرية المعرفة. تشتمل الترجمة التي بين يدي القارئ على نص ما يعرف بـ”المقدمة الأولى”، وهو مقدمة كان كانط قد كتبها لكتابه، لكنه قبل أن يدفعه إلى الطبع عدل عنها لطولها، وبعث بها إلى بعض تلاميذه. وقد نشر هؤلاء مقتطفات منها. لكنها لم تنشر كاملة حتى وقت متأخر جداً. لذلك تخلو منها أغلب طبعات الكتاب وترجماته، مع أهميتها الفائقة في توضيح بعض أفكاره. ولا بد أن نشير إلى سمة يتميز بها منهج كانط الفلسفي، وهي أن مذهبه الفلسفي يلتصق بلغته إلى درجة لا يمكن الفصل بينهما على الإطلاق. فلكي تعرض منظومة كانط النقدية، يجب أن تتبنى لغته معها في الوقت نفسه. فمذهب كانط لصيق بلغته إلى درجة عدم الانفكاك. وهذا ما يجعل من كل محاولة شرح لفكره شرحاً بعباراته نفسها. وبمجرد أن يستعين الشارح بجهاز لغوي من خارج هذه المنظومة حتى يتحول من عارض لهذه الفكر إلى ناقد له. ولكن من أجل القيام بالمهمة الثانية لا بد من القيام بالمهمة الأولى. ويبدو لي أن السبب في هذا التعالق الكبير بين لغة كانط وفكره يعود إلى شيئين: الأول أن مذهب كانط نفسه يفكر بلغة المفاهيم المتعالية، أي المفاهيم القبلية السابقة على كل تجربة، بما في ذلك التجربة اللغوية، كجهاز فكري مجرد قائم في ذاته. والثاني أن هذا المذهب لم يعر اللغة نفسها أية أهمية على الإطلاق في التفكير. بل يحتل موقعها الخطاطات والمقولات القبلية، التي تصور كانط وجودها كلياً في الجهاز المعرفي عند الإنسان بصرف النظر عن اللغة. هذا التلاحم بين لغة كانط الفلسفية ومذهبه الفلسفي يزرع الوعورة في هذه اللغة، ويجعلها لغة تناور بالتقدم والتأخر، والارتفاع والهبوط، وقول الشيء ونقيضه في عبارة واحدة. فهي تريد الإمساك بوصف ما يتعالى على الحس من جهة، وما يستبطنه ويغذيه من جهة أخرى. ولهذا تمتاز جمل كانط بالطول المفرط والتشظي إلى جمل فرعية مثقلة بالدلالات التجريدية والحسية معاً. فكان القراء ولا يزالون يجدون فيها عناءاً أي عناء، حتى قيل إن غوته كان يشعر بأنه يسير في “غرفة معتمة” كلما قرأ شيئاً لكانط. وهذه الشكوى تتكرر كثيراً لدى أغلب دارسيه، فبرغم أن روجر سكروتون يرى في كتابه عن “كانط” أن “نقد ملكة الحكم” هو “أهم عمل في الجماليات كتب في العصور الحديثة”، و”أنه منذ أفلاطون، ما من فيلسوف أعطى التجربة الجمالية الدور المركزي في الفلسفة مثل الدور الذي أعطاه لها كانط”، فإنه كان يؤاخذ كانط على صعوبة لغته. فهو يرى في كتابه: “من ديكارت إلى فتغنشتاين: موجز تاريخ الفلسفة الحديثة”، أنه “بينما يظل النقد الثالث على نحو لا ينكر أهم عمل في علم الجمال أنتج منذ عصر أرسطة، فقد كان نتاج عقل استنفدته أعباؤه، وبقي مثقلاً بالأفكار التي لم تتشكل، فعجز عن إعطائها ما تستحقه من استفاضة كاملة”.
