About the Author: Dale Carnegie was an American author, developer of popular self-improvement courses, and director of the Carnegie Institute for Human Relations, born in 1888 and died in 1955, after suffering from leukemia of the type Hodgkin lymphoma. Dale Carnegie grew up in a poor family, and was the second son of James William Carnegie and Amanda Elizabeth Harbison Since 1912, Dale Carnegie has been holding training courses for businessmen and professionals in New York, and these courses were only about public discourse. Among his most important books is the book “Leave Worry and Start Living.” It has been translated into several languages. The book “How to Influence Others and Win Friends” was published for the first time in 1973 in an edition that did not exceed five thousand copies. Carnegie always said it was easier to make a million dollars than to put together a phrase in English.
