ألغاز الإنجيل book pdf download By Firas Al-Sawah

Author: Ibn Hazm Al-Dhahiri Andalusian

About the Author: His lineage and his tribe: He is Abu Muhammad Ali bin Ahmad bin Said bin Hazam Al -Faris Al -Asil, then Andalusi Al -Qaribbi, Al -Fiqah, Al -Hafid, Al -Muhafir Abu Muhammad was born in Cordoba in the year 384 AH / 994 AD, and lived in Andalusia. His childhood and upbringing: Imam Ibn Hazm grew up in luxury and luxury, and was endowed with excessive intelligence, and his father was one of the great people of Cordoba. Many of those who translated the Sheikh (may God have mercy on him), or studied his history and upbringing, indicate that the Sheikh grew up among a group of women, and therefore had such and such qualities. In fact, the Sheikh (may God have mercy on him) had God prepared for him distinguished women who raised and taught him, and we note that because he memorized the Qur’an on their hands, in addition to that, the Sheikh’s father was one of the great scholars known for their goodness, vastness of knowledge and good manners. The most important features of his personality: An encyclopedist in his knowledge, Ibn Hazm, may God have mercy on him, was an exegete, a scholar, a jurist, a historian, a poet, an educator, a scholar of religions and sects. This becomes clearer when we learn about this huge amount of his writings in various scientific fields. Generous morals and virtues Sheikh Muhammad Abu Zahra (may God have mercy on him) mentioned that Imam Ibn Hazm was characterized by the following qualities: 1- Strength of memory. 2- The present intuition. 3- Depth of thinking and diving into facts. 4- Patience. 5 – flogging. 6- Perseverance. 7- Sincerity. 8- Honesty in the truth. 9 – fulfillment. 10- Being proud of oneself without arrogance or arrogance. 11- Ibn Hazm was also described as sharpness (may God have mercy on him). Ben Asbagh. His disciples: It was narrated from him: His son is Abu Rafi’ al-Fadl, and Abu Abdullah al-Humaidi, and the father of the judge is Abu Bakr bin al-A’rib and al-A’rib. His books: Ibn Hazm has many great books, including: 1- (Al-Essal to understand Kitab Al-Khasal) and it is located in fifteen thousand papers. 2- (Al-Khaysal al-Hafiz al-Islam’s sentences) two volumes. 3- (Al-Mujalla in Fiqh) volume. 4- (Al-Muhalla in Explanation of Al-Mujalli with Arguments and Athars) and it is located in eight volumes. 5- (Farewell Pilgrimage) one hundred and twenty papers. 6- (Summarizing and summarizing the theoretical issues). 7- (Dictation in Explanation of Al-Muwatta’) A thousand papers. 8- (Dictation in the rules of jurisprudence) A thousand papers as well. 9- (Al-Ahkam ul Osool Al-Ahkam) two volumes. 10- (Al-Fasl Fi Al-Milal wa Al-Nahl) Two large volumes. 11- (abbreviated in the ills of hadith) volume. 12- (A Treatise on the Prophetic Medicine). His approach: In research, Ibn Hazm began his request for knowledge by memorizing the Holy Qur’an, then narration of hadith, and linguistics. He reached a high rank in all of this, and then turned to jurisprudence, studying it according to the doctrine of Imam Malik; Because it is the doctrine of the people of Andalusia at that time, but with his study of the Maliki school he aspired to be free, choosing from the legal schools and not being bound by a doctrine; Therefore, he moved from the Maliki school of thought to the Shafi’i school, and he liked his adherence to the texts, considering it a text or a load on the text, and the intensity of his campaign against those who issued a fatwa of approval. But he did not take long to adhere to the Shafi’i school of thought, so he left it when he found that the evidence presented by al-Shafi’i for the invalidity of approval is valid for invalidating analogy, and all aspects of opinion as well.
