Youssef Al-Qaradawi obtained a diploma from the Institute of Higher Arabic Studies of the League of Arab States in the field of language and literature in 1958, and later in 1960 he obtained a preparatory study equivalent to a master’s degree in the Department of Quranic and Sunnah Sciences from the Faculty of Fundamentals of Religion in Al-Azhar, and in 1973 he obtained a degree (PhD) with distinction, with first class honors, from the same college, and the topic of the thesis was on “Zakat and its impact on solving social problems”. Important developments in the life of Al-Qaradawi Yusuf Al-Qaradawi in his youth his father died when he was two years old, so his uncle raised him. Yusuf Al-Qaradawi was imprisoned several times for belonging to the Muslim Brotherhood. He was imprisoned for the first time in 1949 during the royal era, then was arrested three times during the era of Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser in January 1954 AD, then in November of the same year where his detention lasted for about twenty months, and then in 1963 AD. In 1961, Al-Qaradawi traveled to the State of Qatar and worked there as Director of the Secondary Religious Institute. تحميل كتاب زواج المسيار حقيقته وحكمه pdf الكاتب يوسف القرضاوي بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم كلمة هادئة حول زواج المسيار لم أكن أتوقع أن تحدث فتواي حول ما سمي «زواج المسيار» هذه الضجة في قطر وفي الخليج، وفي البلاد العربية عامة، فقد وجدت صداها في «المغرب» عندما زرته، منذ نحو أسبوعين أو أكثر، وهذا شأن كل أمر جديد على الناس، يختلفون فيه عامتهم وخاصتهم، حتى يستقروا على رأي موحد، أو يظل الخلاف قائمًا. وأود أن أشير هنا إلى أن اختلاف الرأي بين علماء الأمة في فروع المسائل لا يقلق مخلصا، ولا يزعج مؤمنا، ما دام الاختلاف قائما على تعدد زوايا الرؤية، وعلى تفاوت الأدلة والاعتبارات التي يستند إليها كل فريق، وليس مبنيا على اتباع هوى النفس أو أهواء الغير، فإن اتباع الأهواء يغبش الرؤية ويضل عن الحق: {وَمَنۡ أَضَلُّ مِمَّنِ ٱتَّبَعَ هَوَىٰهُ بِغَيۡرِ هُدٗى مِّنَ ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ} [القصص: 50]. وقد قال تعالى: {ثُمَّ جَعَلۡنَٰكَ عَلَىٰ شَرِيعَةٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَمۡرِ فَٱتَّبِعۡهَا وَلَا تَتَّبِعۡ أَهۡوَآءَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ18 إِنَّهُمۡ لَن يُغۡنُواْ عَنكَ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ شَيۡ‍ٔٗاۚ وَإِنَّ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ بَعۡضُهُمۡ أَوۡلِيَآءُ بَعۡضٖۖ وَٱللَّهُ وَلِيُّ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ} [الجاثية: 18، 19]. فالآراء المؤسسة على الهوى هي التي تزعج المؤمنين الصادقين، وكذلك الآراء التي تصدر ممن سماهم الرسول الكريم: «رءوسا جهالا، إذا سئلوا أفتوا بغير علم، فضلوا وأضلوا»([1]). أما الاختلاف فيما وراء ذلك، فهو ضرورة ورحمة وسعة، كما بينت ذلك بأدلته وأمثلته مفصلا في كتابي «الصحوة الإسلامية بين الاختلاف المشروع والتفرق المذموم». وسيظل الناس يختلفون في كثير من القضايا المستجدة –كما اختلفوا في كثير من القضايا القديمة-ما بين مانع ومجيز، وما بين مضيق وموسع، ولهذا اختلف الأئمة الأربعة بين بعضهم وبعض، وخالفهم أصحابهم في كثير من المسائل، واختلف اتباع كل مذهب بعد ذلك في تصحيح الأقوال والروايات والوجوه، أو تضعيفها، أو ترجيح بعضها على بعض….
