About the Author: Ali Muhammad Muhammad al-Sallabi (born 1963, Benghazi, Libya) is a Libyan jurist, writer, historian, and political analyst. He has many books. He participated in the historical review committee and the text audit of the Omar series. Ali al-Sallabi and his brother Ismail were placed on terrorist lists in Saudi Arabia, Libya, the UAE, Egypt and Bahrain. He obtained an international degree (Bachelor’s) from the College of Da`wah and Fundamentals of Religion from the University of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, with an excellent grade, and was the first in his class in 1413/1414 AH corresponding to 1992/93AD. He received a master’s degree from Omdurman Islamic University – Faculty of Fundamentals of Religion, Department of Interpretation and Qur’anic Sciences in 1417 AH / 1996 AD. He then obtained a doctorate in Islamic studies with his book The Fiqh of Empowerment in the Noble Qur’an. Islamic University of Omdurman in Sudan in 1999.

لما كانت معرفة الله تعالى أول واجب على الملكف في دينه، وكانت هذه المعرفة لا تتم على الوجه الأكمل إلا بمعرفة أسمائه وصفاته وافعاله فى خلقه، والإقرار بتلك الأسماء والصفات والفعال المتعلقة بالرب والتى بينها المولى عز وجل فى كتابه وعلى لسان رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم اخترت هذا البحث، لعل اللع ان ينفعني وينفع به المسلمين. حيث كثرت البدع واستفحل أمرها فى ديار المسلمين، وكان لزاماً على طلاب العلم والعلماء أن يبينوا للناس ولا يكتموا الحقائق التي أنزلها الله على رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم. وقد قمت بتقسيم هذا البحث غلى مقدمة وأربعة أبواب وخاتمة مستعيناً بنصوص السنة وآثار السلف.
