About the Author: Agatha Christie is considered the greatest author in history in terms of the spread of her books and the number of copies sold, and she is – undisputedly – the most famous crime story writer in the twentieth century and in all ages. Her novels have been translated into most living languages, and nearly two billion (two thousand million) copies have been printed! Agatha Christie was born in Torquay, southern England, in 1890 and died in 1976, aged about eighty-five. Agatha never went to school, but was educated at home by her mother, who encouraged and encouraged her to write early in her life. These stories are distinguished by their precise plot, coherence of events, and logical sequence. Sinking into the depths of human souls, analyzing their potentials, searching for their motives with a brilliant genius and insight. She always made sure to tell us in her: “Goodness must triumph,” and “Crime does not help.”
