The company provides advice on leadership, selling, self-esteem, goals, strategy, creativity and the psychology of success. The company is headquartered in Bankers Hill, San Diego, California. Tracy serves as president of three companies based in Solana Beach, California. It teaches sales, time management, personal development, and the art of leadership.
