Beliefs: Pathways to Health & Well-Being book pdf download By Robert Dilts

This is one of the first NLP books I’ve read. Bought it about a decade ago, but read it since 5 or 6 times. It’s one of Dilts’ best works, in my opinion. I’m in sales, but the techniques and ideas in this book have helped me a lot. The exploration of beliefs is well explained, and the language is not too hard to understand. Yes, the book is a bit hard to read, but you know what – if you only read the easy stuff, as someone smarter than me said, you won’t grow! You have to get through the hard stuff, sometimes, to get better and improve yourself. This is a highly recommended book for all self-help readers, not just therapists.
