About the Author: Dr. Hala Naim Rashid Al-Saeed, a Qatari national, was born in Saudi Arabia in 1965, owner and director of the Doha International Center for People with Special Needs in Qatar. She completed her university studies in Egypt, where she graduated from the Faculty of Arts, Department of Psychology, Ain Shams University in Cairo, where she obtained a master’s degree in autism. Doctorate degree in inclusion, until she became a professor of doctor in special education from the same university, – she has many books in special education, fourteen authors, most notably: 1- Strategies for dealing with people with disabilities from the crescent of plastic art 2- Introversion around the self and autism spectrum disorder 3- Social responsibility and its role in building and stabilizing society – it also has many special researches, the most important of which are: 1- Listening to the Qur’an for children with autism 2- The effectiveness of the educational integration program on the environment of children with disabilities (a comparative study 3- The effectiveness of a cognitive program to modify the environment of children with autism (A comparative study – it is one of the most prominent psychological experts and consultants in the State of Qatar, especially in the areas of autism, family guidance and special education – and chaired many scientific and practical committees, chief among them: 1- President – the first thousand educational conference Consensus for people with disabilities 2020 2-President – Cultural Symposium – Ministry of Culture – (Teaching Arabic for people with disabilities in the time of globalization 3-President of the International Festival of Colors for Persons with Disabilities (2020) She has also been granted many memberships and honorary positions, perhaps the most important of which are: 1- Certificate of Excellence and Appreciation – Spreading the spirit of tolerance, justice, peace and human values - German International Organization for Development and Peace 2- International Excellence Document – Social Responsibility – 100 most influential Arab personalities in the field of social responsibility for 2019 3- International Certificate of Appreciation – Participation in the fight against the novel coronavirus 19 pandemic For the year 2020 – it also scientifically supervised a large number of master’s and doctoral theses in various Arab countries – it also had the most prominent role in the field of arbitration for many forms, standards, working papers and scientific research presented in a number of conferences and forums related to people with disabilities and special education – and I also got High-level honors, including, but not limited to: 1- An international certificate of appreciation – participation in the International Response Award – combating the emerging corona virus 19 for the year 20 20 2- Choosing the ideal mother at the level of Qatar 2017 3- In honor of the German International Organization for Development and Peace – and finally, it remains the dream that it strives day and night to achieve and in which the years of the flower of youth have been spent to achieve, which is summarized in – Awareness of people that people with disabilities are an integral part of society, Rather, it is an important and main part and they have rights and the right to integrate into society – media support for people with disabilities – awareness of the rights of people with disabilities in 4 main things, which are work, housing, education, and integration into society.

لحمد الله الذي اعانني على استكمال كتابي السابع من مجموعة التربية الخاصة (( الاعاقة السمعية)) برغم انه يعتبر اول كتاب قد بدأت بكتابته عام 2006 وذلك بسبب اعاقة ابنتي وكانت كل محاولاتي لانهاء الكتاب تأتي بالفشل بسبب شعوري الدائم انه مازالت هناك امور كثيرة لم اتطرق لها حيث يرجع هذا الشعور من معاشرتي لابنتي دانيا التي تعاني من ضعف بالسمع والتي اصبحت الان الواحدة والعشرون من عمرها فانا اريد تدوين كل ما رأت عيني وما سمعت اذني من خلال ابنتي لعله يكون نبراص ينقاد به او دليل يسترشد به . وحيث حاولت قدر الإمكان في هذا الكتاب من الالمام بجميع ما يخص الاعاقة السمعية من ( تعريف واسباب وانواع وطرق التشخيص والتقييم وطرق العلاج ) حيث تعتبر الإعاقة السمعية من أشد وأصعب الإعاقات الحسية التي تصيب الإنسان , ولاهمية حاسة السمع حيث تعد واحدة من أهم الحواس التي يعتمد عليها للفرد في تفاعلاته مع الآخرين أثناء مواقف الحياة المختلفة، نظرا لكونها بمثابة الاستقبال المفتوح لكل المثيرات والخبرات الخارجية، ومن خلالها يستطيع الفرد التعايش مع الآخرين. وحاسه السمع لها تأثير سلبياً على التطور اللغوي لديهم، إذ لا يمكن أن يحدث هذا التطور بشكل سليم إلا إذا تمتع الأطفال بحاسة سمع سليمة في الأساس. ولتدارك الأمر وضمان تطور لغوي سليم للطفل، لا بد من اكتشاف مثل هذه الاضطرابات بشكل مبكر وعلاجها في الوقت المناسب. وهنا أأكد على دور الاسرة الفعال في تقبل اعاقة اطفالهم وما يعود عليه من تطور ابنائهم بمختلف المجالات. واركز بكتابي هذا على اهمية التنشئة في سن ما قبل المدرسة ( التدخل المبكر) للاطفال ضعاف السمع واهميتها حيث تبقي وتتأصل خلال الحياة المدرسية، ومن ثم فإن العناية بالتكوين النفسي وتقبل الإعاقة لدي الطفل الأصم مع إتاحة الفرصة له للنمو والتواصل والتفاعل مع أفراد الأسرة في مواقف عادية تصقله وتساعده علي نمو شخصيته. واتمنى ان يكون هذا الكتاب نبراص يسترشد به لكل من يتعامل مع طفلاً يعاني من اضطرابات سمعية من (أم – أب – اخوة – معلمين – مربين ) . واخيرا نستخلص من الكتاب الاهمية الكبرى لحاسة السمع التي تظهر بعملية اكتساب اللغة وتعلم مهارات مختلفة يعتمد عليها الطفل بحياته العامة ، فالإنسان يتلقى معظم المهارات والمعارف من خلال السمع بل أن تقليد الأصوات وتعلم الكلام لا يتم إلا عن طريق السمع فالطفل الأصم لا يستطيع الكلام لعدم قدرته على سماع الأصوات ، لذا فأن لحاسة السمع الأهمية الأولى في التعلم وقد ذكرنا في الفصول الاولى على تقدم ذكر حاسة السمع في القرآن الكريم على بقية الحواس في كثير من آيات الذكر الحكيم قول تعالى (( وجعل لكم السمع والأبصار والأفئدة قليلاً ما تشكرون )) مما يدل على أهمية السمع حيث أن حاسة السمع تتكون لدى الإنسان وتستجيب للأصوات منذ الولادة بل ان حاسة السمع تكون أثناء وجود الجنين في رحم أمه. فنمو الحواس وتطورها تكون على مراحل ,ويسبق بعضها بعضاً . وأثبت العلم الحديث أن حاسة السمع بالفعل تسبق حاسة البصر في التكوين فحاسة السمع عند الجنين فتبدأ أبكر مما يظن الجميع ، حيث تبدأ في الأسبوع السادس عشر ، على الرغم من أن الأذن نفسها تأخذ شكلها النهائي المكتمل في الأسبوع الرابع والعشرين. وعندما يحين موعد الولادة يمتلك الجنين قدرة سمعية مطابقة تقريبا لقدرتنا نحن البالغين على السمع. (سبحان الخالق). فالنمو المعرفي والاجتماعي للإنسان خاصة في سنوات العمر الأولى يعتمد على السمع حيث يتفاعل مع الأصوات التي يسمعها ويبدأ في اكتساب مهارات ومعلومات تحقـق لـه التواصل مع المحيطين به . وفقدان جهاز مهم في تحقيق هذا النمو يستوجب أن يكون هناك نوع خاص من التعليم ملائم لطبيعة هذه الإعاقة وذلك باستخدام منهج يتوافق مع حاجات وخصائص المعاقين سمعياً. وهذا الكتاب قد اجتهدت الكاتبه به لتقديم رؤية تربوية في تخطيط وبناء مناهج تربوية لذوي الاعاقة السمعية تهدف إلى تعليمهم إلى أقصى درجة تؤهلهم للعملية التكيف والتعلم التي تأهلهم لعملية دمجهم بالمجتمع، باستخدام الطرق والوسائل الفاعلة القادرة على تطورهم بجميع الجوانب.
