هذا الكتاب للرد على ادعاءات العشماوي وطعنه في القرآن والسنة والصحابة من هو العشماوي؟؟ محمد العشماوي تعريف بشخصيته : هو سعيد محمد المستشار العشماوي، رئيس محكمة الجنايات ومحكمة أمن الدولة العليا بمصر. تخرج من كلية الحقوق عام 1955، ثم عمل بالقضاء الوضعي بمحاكم القاهرة والإسكندرية . عمل بالتدريس محاضراً في أصول الدين والشريعة والقانون في عدة جامعات؛منها: الجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة، وجامعة توبنجن بألمانيا الغربية، وأوبسالا بالسويد، ومعهد الدراسات الشرفية بليننجراد بروسيا، والسوربون فرنسا. يقول عن نفسه بأنه نشأ نشأة صوفية! حيث كان يرتاد مسجد السيدة زينب والسيدة نفيسة ومسجد الحسين! بدأ التأليف بعد تخرجه من الحقوق بأربع سنوات بكتابات إنسانية عامة، مثل: (رسالة الوجود) عام 1959م، و(تاريخ الوجودية في الفكر البشري) عام 1961م، و(ضمير العصر) عام 1968م، و(حصاد العقل) عام 1973م. بدأت كتاباته الإسلامية بكتابه (أصول الشريعة) عام 1980م، ثم كتاب (الرباوالفائدة في الإسلام) ، ثم توالت كتبه الأخرى: (الإسلام السياسي) (جوهر الإسلام) (الخلافة الإسلامية) (الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون المصرية) (شئون اسلامية ) (معالم الإسلام). من مؤلفاته: رسالة الوجود، وتاريخ الوجودية في الفكر البشري، وضمير العصر، وحصاد العقل، وجوهر الإسلام، والإسلام السياسي، والربا والفائدة في الإسلام، والخلافة الإسلامية، وحقيقة الحجاب وحجية الحديث([1]). شبهات العشماوي حول القرآن الكريم: – لا يوجد في كتابات المستشار العشماوي أثرًا عن الإيمان بالقرآن الكريم وكل ما جاء به، وأنه معجزة الله الخالدة، بل طعن وشكك في إلهية النص القرآني، فزعم أن القرآن نزل على المعاني وقصد إليها، يقول عشماوي: “إن المسلمين الأوائل لم يستفيدوا من اختلاف القراءة حقيقة دلالته، لأنهم حجبوا أنفسهم عنه، إذ لم يعنوا به وببحثه على أساس منهجي يفيد حقيقة هامة: أن القرآن نزل على المعاني وقصد إليها، وإذا كانت المعاني تقبل التعبير عنها بأكثر من لفظ فقد تضمن التنزيل صياغتها في لفظ، وأجاز النبي أن يعبر عنها بلفظ آخر يفيد معناه. وهو في هذه الدعوى لا يفتري فقط على الأمة ويسفه إجماعها المعصوم، وإنما يكذب على الله وعلى رسوله . – وينكر المستشار عشماوي أن نزول القرآن على سبعة أحرف أمر إلهي، بل وذهب إلى أن اجتماع الأمة على رسم ونص قرآني واحد كان السبب الذي ضيع الإنسان المسلم، وأصاب العقل الإسلامي في مقتل منذ عهد عثمان بن عفان!! يقول العشماوي ما نصه: “لقد كان اعتماد عثمان بن عفان لقراءة واحدة من قراءات القرآن عملا خطيرًا .. فجَمْع المسلمين على قراءة واحدة حفظٌ لآيات القرآن بلا شك، غير أن هذا الجَمْع ضيَّع الإنسانَ المسلم، بعد أن ذوت جذوته وخمدت شعلة الحضارة، فدخل في طور الجمود والتقليد وعدم الاجتهاد؛ لأنه جعل منه إنسان النص لا المعنى، إنسان النقل لا العقل، إنسان الحرف لا الروح!! – ويزعم المستشار العشماوي أن القرآن الكريم لم يعتبر النبي معصومًا. – أضف إلى ذلك أنه خالف الأمة كلها في مفهوم الزكاة وفرضيتها، فيقول: “لقد كنا نعتقد ما يعتقده الكافة من أن الزكاة هي الصدقة، غير أنه تبين لنا من البحث والدراسة أن الزكاة غير الصدقة… فالزكاة اختيارية للناس، أما الصدقة (التي سميت زكاة فيما بعد) فقد كانت تدفع إلى النبي ذاته –بصفة النبوة- لا بوصف الحكم- مقابل صلاته على الناس، خذ من أموالهم صدقة تطهرهم وتزكيهم بها وصل عليهم إن صلاتك سكن لهم …

This is what Sheikh Al-Shaarawy said in his meeting with journalist Tariq Habib. Al-Shaarawy joined the Faculty of Arabic in 1937 AD, and was preoccupied with the national movement and the Al-Azhar movement. The movement to resist the English occupiers in 1919 AD broke out from Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and from Al-Azhar, publications that express the discontent of the Egyptians against the British occupiers came out.
