About the Author: Ali Izetbegovic (August 8, 1925 – October 19, 2003) was a Bosnian politician, lawyer, Islamic philosopher and author, who in 1992 became the first president of the presidency of the newly independent Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He served in this position until 1996, when he became a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and served until 2000.

About the Author: He was the founder and first president of the Democratic Action Party. Izetbegovic was also the author of several books, most notably Islam Between East and West and the Islamic Declaration.

About the Author: Fawzi Karim Tohma Al-Taie was born in 1945 AD / 1365 AH in Baghdad. He graduated from the College of Arts, University of Baghdad, Department of Arabic Language in 1967. He worked as a teacher for several months after his graduation, then devoted himself to his own literary and artistic activity, and his free writing in the Arab press. He headed the editor-in-chief of Al-Badeel magazine, which is published by the Iraqi Writers and Writers Association.
He lived in Beirut between 1969 – 1972, then returned to Baghdad, and left it again in 1979, heading to London, where he fled until his death on May 17, 2019. He was about 74 years old, due to complications from illness.
