Among his last writings on modern thought: Religious Discourse between Islamic Renewal and American Change, and the West and Islam Where is the error… and where is the truth? And articles of religious and non-religious extremism, Islamic law and Western secularism, the book Our Future between Islamic Renewal and Western Modernity, the crisis of modern Islamic thought, intellectual creativity and cultural privacy, and many others. He has contributed to many specialized intellectual periodicals, participated in many seminars and scientific conferences, and was a member of a number of intellectual and research institutions, including the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs and the Higher Institute of Islamic Thought. The writings and research of Dr. Emara, which enriched the Arab library, which amounted to (200) authors, were characterized by innovative and revival points of view, and to contribute to intellectual problems, and to try to present a civilized renaissance project for the Arab and Islamic nation in the stage in which it lives. He received many awards, honors, certificates of appreciation and shields, including the Friends of the Book Association award in Lebanon in 1972, the State Encouragement Award in Egypt in 1976, and the Order of the Islamic Intellectual Trend, the Founding Leader in 1998.

هذه الصفحات القليلة ليست ترجمة تقليدية لحياة الأستاذ الإمام الشيخ محمد عبده (1266- 1323هـ/ 1849- 1905م)، فلقد وضعت لحياته العديد من الترجمات، على أسس متعددة ومتباينة من المناهج الخاصة بالترجمة لحياة العظماء، والمفكرين، والحكماء. ففي سطور شديدة الإيجاز سنكثف أحداث حياته الفكرية والعملية، مبرزين أهم قسماتها، واضعين اليد على عوامل تكوين هذه القسمات، مشيرين إلي درجات التطور التي حدثت له في المراحل التي مرت بها حياته. وفي كل ذلك فنحن نستفيد من كل ما قرأناه مما كتب عنه، وبالدرجة الأولي نحتكم إلي أعماله- الفكرية- هو، بعد الجمع لها- وهو ما يحدث للمرة الأولى- وبعد التحقيق العلمي لنصوصها كي تتميز عن نصوص غيره- وهو ما يحدث أيضاً للمرة الأولي- وهما الأمران اللذان أتاحا لنا تصحيح العديد من تواريخ الأحداث الفكرية والعملية التي شهدتها حياته، والتي أخطأ في كثير منها من كتبوا له وعنه بعض الترجمات. ولقد أعاننا على هذا التصحيح أيضاً ما أتاحه لنا جمع أعماله وتحقيقها، ومن ثم اكتمال معالم فكره في حركته وتطوره، وما أتاحه لنا ذلك من تقديم دراسة عن فكره السياسي والاجتماعي، نعتقد أنها قد حسمت ذلك الجدل والتخبط الذي لازم الحديث عن هذا الجانب من آثاره، ما يزيد علي قرن من الزمان. فــ”بطاقة حياته” الفكرية والعملية التي نقدمها في هذه الصفحات القليلة، هي ثمرة لجهد من سبقنا في الترجمة له، ولتلك الإضافات الأساسية الجديدة التي يقدمها جمع أعماله وتحقيقها، وما أثمره هذا الجمع والتحقيق من تقديم الصورة الدقيقة والمتكاملة عن أحداث حياة هذا المفكر الكبير.

She is the most famous of those who called for the liberation of women from their chains, and who openly disobeyed what she called the “male society.” Nawal El-Sayed El-Saadawi was born in Kafr Talha, Dakahlia Governorate, in 1931 AD, to a middle-class family; Her father was an employee of the Ministry of Education, and he played a major role in her life, from him she learned to rebel against the restrictions of society, and that the constants that she does not believe in are idols that are easy to destroy. She was married three times, and her marriage resulted in a son and a girl, and it was her last marriage to “Sherif Hatata” that propelled her work to the international level by translating it into English. Nawal El-Saadawi wrote more than fifty different works between the novel, the story, the play and the biography, and played with her pen on the Holy Trinity (religion, sex and politics) to undermine it; It calls for women to be liberated from the bondage of men, flying to a broader horizon than equality itself. When the woman wore the hijab in a religious manner, her mind concealed before her hair, and the man lifted it in the name of sex. On the cusp of politics, she lost everything and spent her life defending women; Her freedom was deprived, she was dismissed from her job, her name was included in the list of assassinations, and she had no choice but to search for freedom and safety elsewhere, but wherever she went, the issue of women was her greatest concern, so she kept writing about and to her. Despite her efforts in defending Egyptian and Arab women’s issues, she was celebrated by several non-Arab countries, and she was also nominated for a Nobel Prize.
