About the Author: Abdul Rahman Al Munif was born in Amman – Jordan in 1933 to a Saudi father and an Iraqi mother. He studied in Jordan until he obtained his secondary certificate, then moved to Baghdad and joined the Faculty of Law in 1952, then became involved in political activity there. He joined the Arab Socialist Ba’ath Party until he was expelled from Iraq with a large number of Arab students after signing the Baghdad Pact in 1955 to move Then to Cairo to complete his studies there. In 1958 he moved to Belgrade to complete his studies and obtained a doctorate in oil economics, then moved to Damascus in 1962 to work there in the Syrian Oil Company, then moved to Beirut in 1973 to work there in Al-Balagh magazine, then returned to Iraq again in 1975 to work in the Oil and Development magazine . He left Iraq in 1981 heading to France, then returned to Damascus in 1986 and resides there, where he devoted his life to writing novels. Munif married a Syrian woman and had children with her. He lived in Damascus until he died in 2004, and remained until his last days in opposition to global imperialism, as he always objected to the invasion. The American delegation to Iraq in 2003, even though he was a violent opponent of the regime of the late Iraqi President Saddam Hussein.

هذا الكتاب الذي يحمل عنوناً محدداً: “بين الثقافة والسياسة” يهدف بالدرجة الأساسية إلى طرح عدد من المشاكل، هي أقرب إلى الأسئلة أكثر مما يدعي تقديم الإجابات الكاملة أو الحلول. فعلاقة الثقافة بالسياسة إشكالية كبرى في هذه المرحلة، لأن الخيبات الكثيرة التي تلاحقت خلال المراحل الأخيرة ولدت مناخاً ملتبساً، وهذا المناخ حمل معه أوهاماً، الأمر الذي يقتضي فتح حوار واسع من أجل الوصول إلى صيغة جديدة تحدد العلاقة بين الثقافة والسياسة وبين المتثقفين والسياسيين. وما يقال عن الثقافة والسياسة، يقال عن علاقة الإعلام بالثقافة ودور المثقف في المرحلة الراهنة، والنظرة إلى عصر النهضة، الصعود والإخفاق، وأيضاً الانهيار الكبير والمدوي للاتحاد السوفياتي والمعسكر الاشتراكي دون أزمة سياسية أو هزيمة عسكرية، وحول تأثير النفط على المنطقة العربية بأسرها. هذه الموضوعات، وأخرى غيرها، رأيت أن تطرح كإشكاليات تتطلب إعادة الدرس والتأمل، لأن عن هذا الطريق يمكن أن نقرأ الأحداث والظواهر قراءة هادئة وموضوعية، تمهيداً لفهمها ثم التعامل معها بصيغة أفضل. إن أكثر القضايا تعقيداً وتشبكاً لا تجد الحلول إلا من خلال طرح الأسئلة، وأية إجابة، إن كانت فردية، مهما بلغت النية الحسنة، لا يمكن أن تحمل إلا جزءاً من الحقيقة فقط، أما الحقيقة كلها فلا تتولد، كما لا يمكن الوصول إليها، إى من خلال تبادل وجهات النظر، وامتحان صلابة وترابط الوقائع وعلاقتها ببعضها، وأيضاً رؤية الجوانب المتعددة. وأقصى ما تطمح إليه المواد الواردة في هذا الكتاب أن تطرح الأسئلة بطريقة صحيحة، أما الإجابة عليها، أما الحلو، فإنها رهن بآراء الآخرين ومشاركتهم.

About the Author: Egyptian Islamic writer. He was born in the village of Shershaba, affiliated to Zefta Center, Gharbia Governorate, Arab Republic of Egypt. His birth was in the month of Muharram 1350 AH, on the first day of June 1931 AD. For four years, he remained there until the age of seven, when he memorized most parts of the Qur’an. After completing his secondary studies, he joined the Qasr Al-Ainy College of Medicine, where he graduated in 1960. He traveled to the United Arab Emirates in 1968 and worked there as a doctor, then as director of health culture, and then returned to his homeland (Tanta); To fight a fierce battle with pancreatic cancer, which did not last more than six months, after which he met his Lord one day after the blessed Eid al-Fitr, in Shawwal 1415 AH – March 1995 AD. The novels of his first prose work in prison in 1956 AD, inaugurated by the novel The Long Way, which won the award of the Ministry of Education in 1957 AD and then decided to teach secondary school students in the second grade of secondary in 1959 AD. The Promised Day novel, 1960, which won the award of the Supreme Council for the Protection of Arts and Letters in Egypt in the same year, a novel in the dark that won the same award in the following year 1961 AD, Hamza’s killer novel, The Light of God, Night and Rods of Men and Wolves, the story of Jadallah, The Processions of the Free, Omar appears in Jerusalem. يتناول هذا الكتاب علاقة المسلم بعالم الاقتصاد الحديث. ويبدأ بعرض صورة العلاقات الاقتصادية في العالم وعلاقتها بالظاهرة الاجتماعية. ثم يتحدث عن عصر الحتمية الاقتصادية والاستعمار الغربي. ثم المعنى الاقتصادي وعلاقته برجل الحضارة. ثم يتحدث عن المذهب التجاري أو الاحتيكاري القائم على أساس المنفعة. أي الذي يقوم على قانون العرض والطلب، وتنافسه مع المذهب القائم على فكرة الحاجة. أي الذي يتوازن على أساس مبدأ الإنتاج والاستهلاك. ثم ينتقل إلى مفهوم الاقتصاد والاقتصادية. ويتحدث عن عدم قدرة المسلم على خلق واقع اقتصادي أو مذهب اقتصادي بعيد عن فكرة الربح الحر التي هي دعامة الرأسمالية أو فكرة الحاجة التي هي نواة الماركسية. ثم يتكلم عن نظرة إنسان العالم الثالث عامة والمسلم خاصة إلى الاقتصاد الحديث. هذه النظرة التي دفعت بالعالم إلى ما أسماه بالاقتصادانيّة التي هي فقاعة غاز لا تحوي أي واقع اقتصادي. ثم يتناول حدود الاختيار الإسلامي بين المناهج الاقتصادية الموجودة. بعد ذلك يتطرق إلى صورة المشكلات، ويتحدث عن خريطة توزيع الإمكانات الاقتصادية في العالم، وحدد التفسير الاقتصادي البحت لتوزيع هذه الإمكانات، ثم يتناول الأسس الحضارية لعالم الاقتصاد، ويتحدث عن التغييرات التي تطال عالم الاقتصاد، وتأثيرها على القيم والأذواق والأخلاق. ثم تغيير معالم الإنسان نفسه في إرادته واتجاهه، ثم تأثير هذا التحول في محتوى النفس الإنسانية. ثم يتحدث عن شروط الانطلاق في عالم الاقتصاد، وعن دور المال في اختزان العمل، ثم عن الاستثمار المالي والاستثمار الاجتماعي. ويتناول كيفية تحقيق الديناميكا الاقتصادية على أساس مبدئي. ويتعرض إلى الأساس الأخلاقي لعمليتي الإنتاج والتوزيع، ثم يتحدث عن المعادلة البيولوجية والمعادلة الاجتماعية للفرد في التجارب الاقتصادية الحديثة (مثال الدكتور شاخت، وتجربة ألمانيا، ثم تجربة أندونيسيا). ثم يتحدث عن ضرورة الاكتفاء الذاتي والتطور من الاقتصاد الوطني إلى اقتصاد جهوي لتحقيق هذا الاكتفاء.
