About the Author: Dr. Ali Eltaher Abdel Salam Moftah (born in Libya – Sebha – Tamanhint 1970) writes in short stories, poetry, poetic theater and novels. He is also a visual artist. He holds a PhD from the University of Sousse (Tunisia) in linguistics in 2017, and a master’s degree in Arabic language from Sebha University “Libya, specializing in linguistics” in 2004.
