About the Author: Ali Muhammad Muhammad al-Sallabi (born 1963, Benghazi, Libya) is a Libyan jurist, writer, historian, and political analyst. He has many books. He participated in the historical review committee and the text audit of the Omar series. Ali al-Sallabi and his brother Ismail were placed on terrorist lists in Saudi Arabia, Libya, the UAE, Egypt and Bahrain. He obtained an international degree (Bachelor’s) from the College of Da`wah and Fundamentals of Religion from the University of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, with an excellent grade, and was the first in his class in 1413/1414 AH corresponding to 1992/93AD. He received a master’s degree from Omdurman Islamic University – Faculty of Fundamentals of Religion, Department of Interpretation and Qur’anic Sciences in 1417 AH / 1996 AD. He then obtained a doctorate in Islamic studies with his book The Fiqh of Empowerment in the Noble Qur’an. Islamic University of Omdurman in Sudan in 1999.

دراسة موضوعية عن (فكر الخوارج والشيعة في ميزان أهل السنة والجماعة). في الباب الأول: تحدثت عن الخوارج، نشأتهم والتعريف بهم والأحاديث النبوية التى تضمنت ذمهم وإنحيازهم إلى حروراء ومناظرة ابن عباس لهم وسياسة أمير المؤمنين على بن أبى طالب فى التعامل معهم، وأشرت إلى أهم صفات الخوارج وناقشت بعض الآراء الاعتقادية لهم، وتطرقت لأسباب إنحرافهم ونزعاتهم فى العصر الحديث. فى الباب الثانى: تحدثت عن الشيعة فبينت معنى الشيعة فى اللغة والإصطلاح وتحدثت عن نشاتهم ودور اليهود فى ذلك والمراحل التى مر بها الشيعة وأهم عقائدهم وموقف أمير المؤمنين على بن أبى طالب وعلماء أهل البيت من تلك العقائد المنسوبة إليهم.
