About the Author: Abu Ali Al-Hussain Bin Abdullah Bin Al-Hassan Bin Ali Bin Sina Al-Balkhi, then Al-Bukhari, known as Ibn Sina, was a Muslim scientist and physician, famous for medicine and philosophy and worked in them. He was born in the village of Afshna near Bukhara (in present-day Uzbekistan) to a father from the city of Balkh (in present-day Afghanistan) and a village mother. He was born in the year 370 AH (980 AD) and died in Hamadan (in present-day Iran) in the year 427 AH (1037 AD). ي هَذا الكِتاب، يتَحدَّثُ «ابنُ سينا» عَنِ النَّفسِ البَشرِيةِ ويَثبتُ بالبَراهِينِ المَنطقِيةِ والعَقلِيةِ أنَّها تَختلِفُ عَنِ البَدَنِ فِي الجَوهَر، ومِن خِلالِ تِلكَ البَراهِينِ يَعثُرُ «ابنُ سينا» عَلى حَالةٍ نَفسِيةٍ تَغفُلُ فِيها النَّفسُ تَمامًا عَن كُلِّ ما هُو بَدَنِي؛ فَلا تَشعُرُ إلَّا بِكَينُونَتِها الخَاصَّة، فإِذَا وَصَلَتْ إِلى ذَلكَ استَطاعَتْ أنْ تُدرِكَ أنَّ جَوهرَها مُغايِرٌ لجَوهرِ البَدَن. ويُثبِتُ أنَّ النَّفسَ تَبقَى بَعدَ فَناءِ الجَسَد، ثُمَّ يُوضِّحُ مَراتِبَ النُّفوسِ مَا بَينَ السَّعادةِ والشَّقاوةِ بَعدَ مُفارَقةِ النَّفسِ للبَدَن. ويَختَتِمُ الفَيلسُوفُ الرِّسالةَ المُوجَزةَ الوَافِيةَ بِذِكرِ العَوالِمِ الثَّلاثةِ: عالَمِ العَقلِ وعالَمِ النَّفسِ وعالَمِ الجِسمِ، بأُسلوبٍ مُبسَّطٍ وبَليغٍ فِي الوَقتِ نَفسِه.
