About the Author: Ali Muhammad Muhammad al-Sallabi (born 1963, Benghazi, Libya) is a Libyan jurist, writer, historian, and political analyst. He has many books. He participated in the historical review committee and the text audit of the Omar series. Ali al-Sallabi and his brother Ismail were placed on terrorist lists in Saudi Arabia, Libya, the UAE, Egypt and Bahrain. He obtained an international degree (Bachelor’s) from the College of Da`wah and Fundamentals of Religion from the University of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, with an excellent grade, and was the first in his class in 1413/1414 AH corresponding to 1992/93AD. He received a master’s degree from Omdurman Islamic University – Faculty of Fundamentals of Religion, Department of Interpretation and Qur’anic Sciences in 1417 AH / 1996 AD. He then obtained a doctorate in Islamic studies with his book The Fiqh of Empowerment in the Noble Qur’an. Islamic University of Omdurman in Sudan in 1999.

وفي هذا الكتاب سلَّطت الضوء على وجه من وجوه الإعجاز في القرآن الكريم ألا وهو: الإعجاز العلمي، فأوردته بإسلوب سهل مبسط بعيد عن التعقيدات، وحرصت على تنوير العقول بالبراهين وتطهير النفوس بالأدلة، وإحياء القلوب بالحجج القاطعة وبيان عظمة كتاب الله لأبنائنا بإسلوب العصر، الذي يعتمد على العقل والمنطق والحجة لإقناع الناس بعظمة هذا الدين وروعة هذا القرآن، الذي جاء معجزة خالدة، تنطق بصدق رسالة النبي الأمي محمد  ، سواء أكان المطلّع عليه مسلماً أو من لا يدين بالإسلام، فإن ما حواه الكتاب المنير من علوم ومعارف وبدائع وروائع، حري بكل إنسان منصف أن يطلع عليه ويتفكر فيه ليتبين صدق المعجزة الخالدة وصدق الله العظيم حيث يقول: {سَنُرِيهم ءَايَاتِنا في الأَفَاقِ وفي أنفُسِهِم حتّى يتبيَّنَ لَهُم أنَّهُ الحَقُّ أوَلَم يَكفِ بِربِّكَ أنَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شىءٍ شَهِيدٌ} ( فصلت: 53).
