“الجريمة المزدوجة” رواية مليئة بالأسرار للكاتبة “أجاثا كريستى” تدور أحداثها حول السيد “كلود آمورى” الذى يتوصل إلى تصنيع نوع خطير من المتفجرات ، وذات ليلة وفى حضور جميع أفراد الأسرة وبينهم بعض المدعوين الأجانب يستدعى مخبرا شهيراً يدعى “هركيول بوارو” ويخبره بأن الوصفة العلمية قد سرقت من خزانته الخاصة بمكتبه قبل العشاء بقليل حين كان جميع أفراد المنزل مجتمعين ، وأن الذى سرقها شخص ما زال حاضراً فى حجرة الاجتماع. وصل المخبر وصديقه “هاستينجز” للقيام بمهمة اكتشاف وصفة الاختراع ، ولكنه وجد السيد “كلود” مقتولاً فأصبح الموقف أكثر تعقيداً ،، ولم يضيع “بوارو” وقتاً ، ووفقاً لخطته استطاع التوصل للقاتل الذى هو أيضاً سارق وصفة الاختراع ، فأصبحت جريمته مزدوجة.
